One visit. Garden reset.
Moving out, letting agent coming, family arriving, or it simply got away from you over the winter. We come once, clear the lot, and you decide whether you ever want us back.
Gardens get away from people. Constantly.
Illness, a new baby, a bad stretch, a rescue dog you inherited a situation with, or just a long wet winter where nobody went down the end of the garden. It happens to reasonable people all the time.
You will not get a comment, a raised eyebrow or a joke about it. We have genuinely seen worse, and the entire job is to make it stop being a thing you think about.

The usual reasons
End of tenancy
Moving out and the garden has to be clear for the check-out. We can invoice you or the agent directly, and send photos as evidence.
Inspection coming
Landlord or letting agent visit booked. Tell us the date and we will work to it — this is the one we get asked for most.
It has been a while
No event, no deadline, it has just built up and you would like it gone. Completely normal, and the most satisfying job we do.
About one-off clears
It starts at £25 and is priced on how long the garden has been left and how much ground there is. A medium garden left for two or three months comes out around £45. The quote builder will give you the exact figure before you tell us your name.
No. Genuinely, no. The quote builder has a "longer than that" option precisely because people were too embarrassed to say. Pick it, get an honest price, and let us get on with it.
Often, yes — one-off clears are easier to slot in than a regular round. If you have an inspection date, say so when you get in touch and we will work to it.
Yes. We photograph the finished garden and the closed gate and send them to you. For end-of-tenancy work that is usually the bit that actually matters.
No. A one-off is a one-off. Plenty of people become regulars afterwards, but we will not chase you and there is nothing to cancel.
