You can clear a garden perfectly and still walk past the bin and wince. Dog waste sits in there for up to a fortnight, and in summer that is the thing you can smell from the kitchen window.
Rinsed, treated, and not just splashed out
We empty it, rinse it through, and treat it with the same pet-safe Bugalugs products we use on the garden. The residue that builds up on the base and under the lip is where the smell comes from, and that is the bit that gets attention.
It takes us a couple of minutes on a visit we are already making, which is why it is £3 rather than the £15 a dedicated bin-cleaning round would have to charge.

About bin cleaning
Not usually. It is £3 because we are already outside your house on your area’s day. As a dedicated trip it would have to cost several times that, and we would rather be straight about why.
